About Meridith

Meridith Anne Baldwin is probably best known for her role as Annie in the show of the same name.  Although MAB Ran2never literally in a production of “Annie”, she is remembered for the many hours she spent sitting by her bedroom window singing “The Sun’ll Come Out Tomorrow” and smiling for a camera that wasn’t really there.  Though some may claim that she is too old, Meridith would still enthusiastically play the title role of Annie today. (#alwaysannie)

Meridith Anne has gone on to actually play such characters as: monstrous crones, drunk dilapidated divas, peanut butter loving nuns, cooky bawdy dames, misfiring hunchback lab mice, deformed dilettantes, energetic musical Texas Rangers, happily confused best friends, and crazy next-door neighbors.  All this with the subtle touch of large fake breasts and body padding, enhanced bumps and humps, extra facial and body hair, and a plethora of plucky props and zesty accessories.

From leaping into her sister’s arms and forcing her to catch her while dancing around the living room in her favorite pink tutu, to pulling a double barreled shotgun out from behind her wheelchair and shooting the Sheriff, Meridith continues to bring a sense of honor, poise, and dignity to all of the work she pursues.
